With the last-minute rush to finish setting up my clients in our new CRM, I
needed help fast (of course the project was much larger than I had anticipated!).
I needed someone I could trust with my client’s data and who would get the job
done to my expectations.

tracked the time spent and kept up communication with me as and where
needed, asked questions where necessary but I never had to explain something
twice (not uncommon when you’re working with someone who doesn’t know
your business), and I received detailed emails at the end of each completed
process.
