A service agreement is a vital component when engaging in services, for both client and contractor safety. This will ensure both parties have their legal rights covered and clear expectations are set out. This contract includes information on Terms of Service, payment terms, intellectual property, confidentiality,and more.

Contracts roll on a monthly basis with no minimum commitment - there is a one-month notice period as part of this service contract.

I use the premium version of Lastpass to ensure password protection for myself and my clients. This platform allows for secure password sharing and includes a secure password vault, password generator, automatically saves and fills in passwords and has its own dashboard. It also features dark web monitoring, meaning that it will alert you should your details be compromised online.

Absolutely! I'm happy to discuss your requirements with you as to whether you need a one-off project/s or whether an ongoing package suits you best. 

Knowing what to delegate to a VA can be overwhelming and that's what your VA will take you through step-by-step.

Our initial onboarding session will be all about whats on your to do list, what are your current priorities so we can work together in finding out where the time is best focused.

We will then have weekly strategy sessions to go over that weeks priorities so my time is well used and there is no mixed communication.

It can be hard as a business owner to cease control of particular tasks, I get it!
